This notice explains what we do with the personal details you give us. It applies to Keystone Property Works, company number 17432498.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode and whatever you tell us about the property. If we visit, we also take measurements and photographs of the areas involved.

Why we hold it

To respond to your enquiry, arrange a site visit, prepare a costed schedule of works, and — if you go ahead — to carry out and record the work. We do not sell your details and we do not use them for marketing you haven't asked for.

Who else sees it

Only the subcontractors and suppliers who need it to do their part of the job, and our accountants and insurers where they are legally required to see it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't go ahead are deleted within twelve months. Records for completed work are kept for six years, as we're required to for warranties, certification and tax.

Your rights
