The information here is a general description of our services. Photographs and timescales are indicative and are not an offer or a quotation.

Quotations

Prices are given only after a site visit, against a costed schedule of works, and are valid for 30 days. Anything outside that schedule is priced and agreed with you in writing before we carry it out.

Payment

Payment is staged against the milestones set out in your contract. Invoices are due within seven days unless the contract says otherwise.

Scope

We carry out internal residential renovation only. We do not undertake extensions, loft conversions or roofing.
